Famous single-engine of inter-war designed by Marcel Riffard, the Caudron Simoun is derived of the C-500, originally created to participate in the international Challenge of tourism in 1934.
In the years 1934-1935, the aircraft evolves quickly and receives various names, C-520, C-620, until its first serial version: C-630.
